Riding on the success of Amoeba 1000 series tester, Aemulus is introducing the all-new 4000 series product family. The first member of the series is Amoeba 4100, designed specifically for discrete device testing and as general purpose source and measurement unit (SMU). The product is able to source and measure up to 2,000mA and 300V. It is bundled with techFlow 1.5 test management software, techXplorer tester hardware management tools and AVEC Compiler 2.0 for patent-pending analog vector test development.
