PCB Design Engineer - Digital System
(Senior / Advanced position: Penang)

Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for the design and development of printed circuit boards used in Advanced Semiconductor Test Equipment.
Design responsibilities include circuit analysis, footprint creation, schematic capture, board layout and design verification.
You must work effectively with R&D Engineers to understand circuit functionality and deliver quality board designs.
You must design to meet all assigned schedule metrics.
Requirements:
BSEE or equivalent.
1- 2 years experience in designing High Density Interconnect and High Speed digital PCB.
Knowledge in PADs Schematic and Layout Tool is an added advantage.
Provides engineering support to manufacturing operations to sustain and improve production yield, quality and process cycle time in assembly, test and calibration for existing products.
Design and develop measurement techniques to verify Semiconductor Test Systems and Instrumentation products.
Identify, analyze and debug, examine root causes of PCBA and system failures and provide solutions.
Participate actively in New Product Introduction activities. Collaborate with the design and development team to develop processes for mass production, product troubleshooting, perform testability and fault coverage analysis.
Defining test requirements and deliverables for all products.
Ability to successfully manage multiple assignments and priorities.
Liaise and handle with customers/vendors on product related issues.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
Possess solid understanding in Analog and Digital circuits.
Programming skills in either C, C++, C# or Visual Basic.
Working experience in Test and Measurement or Semiconductor Test environment is an added advantage.
Excellent written documentation, verbal communication skills and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
Define user experience requirements and standards together with Marketing and other development disciplines.
Design, develop, test, deploy and document user-centric software tools for semiconductor testers and manufacturing systems.
Provide technical support on software tools post-implementation.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering or equivalent.
Experience in intense software development for a minimum of 2 years.

Responsibilities
Research and design of analog/mix signal circuits.
Analog hardware characterization & qualification.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
Strong interest in analog hardware design, preferably working knowledge on hardware circuit design that involves op-amp, ADC, DAC and control circuits.
Proficiency in Circuit Analysis, Laplace Transform, Fourier Transform, Control Theory, circuit simulation, power electronics, and other basic electronics fundamentals.
Basic hardware debug/troubleshooting knowledge is required.

RND Engineer - Digital System

Responsibilities
Collaborate with Marketing to define specifications for Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) and Test & Measuring Instruments (T&MI).
Design and development of hardware for ATE and T&MI according to the specifications defined.
Design and development involves Verilog/VHDL coding, firmware coding and/or Dynamic-Linked Library(DLL).
Provide development support and training to the Applications Engineering Team.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
MUST possess strong technical knowledge AND interest in implementing design using FPGAs.
Proficiency in Altera Quartus II/NiosII or Xilinx ISE/MicroBlaze Software tools is a MUST.
Proficiency in ModelSim is an added advantage.
Experience in hardware development for a minimum of 1 year is an added advantage.
Experience in intense FPGA development for a minimum of 1 year is an added advantage.
Experience in embedded solutions and writting firmware using C++ object-oriented programminglanguage is an added advantage.
Experience in Using Microsoft Visual C++ programming tools is an added advantage.

Application Engineer - RF, Discrete and Software Module
(Advanced / Senior position: Penang)

Responsibilities
Provide pre-sales, post-sales and on-site technical support of Aemulus test systems.
Work with R&D team to support new product roll out plans and provide input for future product roadmap.
Software development for core applications software and tool.
Hardware design for customers (DUT board or any test interface circuit design).
Work with and assist customers in Asia region, on device test development from early test planning cycle until production test interfacing.
Travel to customer site in Asia region (China, Taiwan, Korea, and etc) to support installation and commissioning of Aemulus test systems.
Work on customer issues, identify root cause and provide solutions or workarounds.
Provide application training to customers on Aemulus test systems
Create demonstration kit which includes sales tools, development program and interactive presentations.
Development and maintenance of technical collaterals such as datasheets, application notes, user guides, user manuals, training manuals and demonstration kits.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
RF testing experience for RF module expert position is required.
2-5 years experience in VB, C or C++ programming is required for Advanced/Senior position.
Strong knowledge and understanding in circuit design and digital logic design. Hands on experience in analog and/or digital circuit design are definite advantage.
Knowledge of high speed digital design and signal integrity is a plus.
Good debugging and trouble-shooting skills as well as the ability to drive issues to closure are essential.
Experience working in semiconductor manufacturing and test environments would be a plus.
Good communication skills in both written and verbal, fluent oral English (Mandarin is a plus).
Willing to travel to customer site in Asia region (China, Taiwan, Korea, and etc).
