Ng Sang Beng, born in 1976, was the founders of Aemulus in 2004 and has served as our Chief Executive Officer since our incorporation.  He also manages and drives our Marketing department.  He commands vast knowledge in testers, test development, FPGA-level and system-level design, IBIS modeling, BSDL model generation, new product checkout and characterisation, technical collateral development, technical training and engineering management.  He joined Altera Corporation, Malaysia in 1999 as a Test Development Engineer.  He was later transferred to the Component Applications department in 2001.  During his tenure with Altera, he has helped set up multiple engineering group within the department.  He was later promoted to Supervisor position in 2003 whereby he managed a group of engineering staff.  He has also assumed a number of technical support responsibilities when he was with Altera Corporation.

He holds a Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering majoring in microelectronics from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia ("UTM").

Yeoh Chee Keong, born in 1967, was the co-founders of Aemulus in 2004 and has served as our Chief Operating Officer since our incorporation.  He also manages the operations of our Company and leads the Manufacturing and Test department.  He has over 14 years of design and management experience in the electronics test industry.  He joined Unico Electronics (Penang) Sdn Bhd in 1993 and was responsible for the start-up of its PCB design division prior to moving on to MCMS (now known as Plexus Manufacturing Sdn Bhd) in 1997 and Altera Corporation, Malaysia in 2000.  He spent four (4) years in Unico Electronics designing Burn-in Boards for semiconductor test.  He was then involved in Load Board and Characterisation Board designs for FPGA test in Altera Corporation, Malaysia.  He possesses vast experience in PCB design and high speed signal integrity simulations and analysis.  He is familiar with PCB design tools and simulation tools from various vendors.  He has trained, managed and led teams of PCB designers in his former companies.

He holds a Bachelor degree in Electronics & Communication Systems, University of Lincolnshire and Humberside and Diploma in Telecommunication & Computer Engineering, Kolej Damansara Utama.

Wong Shee Kian, born in 1978, joined Aemulus in January 2005 as our R&D Manager.  He manages our R&D department and Applications department.  He was promoted to Chief Technology Officer in 2006 and was appointed as a Director of the company.  He defines the R&D roadmap of the company, oversees R&D activities and new product introduction ('NPI") development.  He also plays an important role in the design of ourproducts. He spent almost three (3) years in the Component Applications department of Altera Corporation, Malaysia prior to joining our Company.  Being the leader and pioneer of IBIS behavioral I/O modeling, Wong was responsible to characterise I/O buffers and develop tool specific ('IBIS", etc.) simulation models as part of the design collaterals to customers.  He has vast experience working on system-level signal integrity simulation and analysis.  He provided training on topics related to signal integrity and behavioral modeling to various departments in Altera, including regional support centers as well as worldwide Field Applications Engineers.  He was also actively involved in various roll-out activities of new product from Altera. This includes new device check-out, evaluation and characterisation, as well as generation of technical collaterals such as datasheet, application notes and white papers.

He holds a Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Malaya ("UM") and a Master degree in Engineering (Microelectronics) with the Multimedia University ("MMU").

Kan Ky-Vern, born in 1981, is currently the Chief Financial Officer of Aemulus. He was appointed as the Non-Independent Non-Executive Director of our Company on 14 March 2008. He started his career in the auditing profession with Ernst & Young, Kuala Lumpur in 2003 covering sectors of consumer services and telecommunications.  He subsequently joined the Corporate Finance department of Alliance Merchant Bank Berhad (now known as Alliance Investment Bank Berhad) in 2004.  He was primarily involved in IPO initiatives, financial modelling, business analytics and valuation in various technology and manufacturing companies.  He then joined Accenture in 2005 where he spent one and a half years specialising in project management and performance management in the Financial Services industry. He was the Financial Controller of Sequoia Holdings Berhad (formerly known as G.A. Blue International Berhad), a company listed on the Main Board of Bursa Securities.

He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree, majoring in Accounts & Finance from the University of Melbourne, Australia.
