You will have the opportunity to conduct experiments, try out new techniques and components and make an impact in determining what goes out the door to our customers. A typical day would include circuit design and simulations; reviewing layout; debating on user interface and industrial design; brainstorming on software architecture; developing algorithms and drivers; and interfacing with other functional groups to turn concepts into hot selling products. Requirements:
  • Tertiary education in Engineering or Science, majoring in Electronics, Communications or related disciplines.
  • Demonstrable experience in the R&D or Electronics design and development field. We do not ask for years of experience but quality and depth of experience.
  • RF circuit design is a plus (schematic, simulation, layout, system).
  • Ability to use instruments to do prototype design verification is a plus (signal generators, analyzers, oscilloscopes).
  • DSP and communications protocol knowledge a plus (digital filters, Bluetooth, WLAN, 3GPP).

Function – Specific Activity:

  • Oversee all hiring stages from sourcing to onboarding
  • Advertise open roles on various job platforms
  • Coordinate internal hiring process
  • Screen and filter job applicants from our job platforms based on the requisite criteria recommended by the Hiring Managers

  • Sourcing of potential candidates online or offline (such as internal referral, personal connection etc)

Business / Management Activity:
  • Maintenance of HR operational documents such as Employee Handbook, Standard Operating Procedures, Policies and Guidelines, Service Agreements, Contracts of Employment etc.
  • Management of HR operations such as preparing and maintaining of personal files and records, payroll verification, tracking of service confirmation, contract expiry etc
  • Management of Holiday Calendars and Leave Balance

Requirements:
  • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of relevant working experience in the Human Resource field.
  • Possess strong data analytical skills and has great interest in data analysis.

As an R&D Digital Hardware Engineer, you will be responsible for the following areas:

  • Digital and FPGA system design
  • Memory interfaces (DDR3/4, SPI flash)

  • Timing analysis

With input and feedback from the Sales & Marketing team, you will lead the design process from the beginning until the end.   • Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent, with at least 8 years of experience in Hardware product development
  • Candidate who has passion in Digital hardware board level design and proficient in High Speed interfaces such as PCIe and DDR
  • Strong knowledge in hardware development flow from schematic entry, PCB layout, signal integrity analysis, to design verification and validation
  • Experienced in Mentor Graphics/PADS & HyperLynx design flow is a huge advantage

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent
  • Candidate who has at least 2-3 years of experience with digital and analog circuits/system
  • Candidate who has good debugging skill and experience in using either Visual Basic, C, CPP or Microsoft Visual CPP

Requirements:

Your roles include and not limited to as below:
  • Work closely with Aemulus R&D and Sales and Marketing to acquire key specification on new technology and future products that are in the product roadmap
  • Provide support in studying product design, assessing product application for new products, defining characterisation plan, and analysing new product’s performance
  • Work on defining test software programming, test algorithm, test methodology development for new products from the conceptual stage, until the deployment-ready stage in manufacturing
  • Work with the Product Development team during tester integration development and demonstrate fluency in applying different characterisation test and calibration methodology
  • Provide technical validation on hardware performance and ensure the new product can meet design expectations, and work with R&D and Sales and Marketing in defining technical collateral i.e. datasheet
