“Go higher!” “Focus and shoot straight into it!”
The cheers and applause from the sea of spectators were complimenting one another – each taking turns to go a note higher than the other. It is finally the Opening Ceremony of our long-awaited Basketball (and multipurpose!) Court, right at our Base! Brewing in the background for a while now, we are extremely stoked for it to be up and serving its purpose!
A relay of basketball shots taken by our Head of Departments was the highlight as it was an opening act to signify the much-anticipated grand opening!
And of course, the fun was amplified with the presence of our invited guests from Sunshine Learning Centre! Child-friendly mini games were curated and it was a stage for them to put their fundamentals to the test – after attending several basketball coaching sessions at our Base.
To seal the excitement and keep the hype up, we also had rounds of 3V3 matches to conclude our celebration!
Now, are we down for a Pickleball Showdown next?
