Dato’ Seri Lee Kah Choon
Dato’ Seri Lee is a man of many trades. Aside from Aemulus, he is also a director of various government linked corporations such as Invest-in-Penang Berhad, Penang Development Corporation and Penang Hill Corporation. Aside from board and corporate matters, he also acts as legal counsel to companies of various industries, including trading, food production, township & property development, tourism and more.

Ch'ng Suat Ping
Graduated with a Bachelor of Law from Monash University in Melbourne, Australia, Suat Ping has worked her way up from her early years as a legal assistant to becoming a sought-after legal partner, and even ran her own legal firm at one point. In 2019, Suat Ping was appointed as a Director of Plenti Corporation Pty Ltd and Lillico Pty Ltd. In 2022, aside from her appointment with Aemulus, she was also appointed as a Director of Ghee Hiang Manufacturing Co Sdn Bhd.

Ong Chong Chee
Chong Chee started his career as a tax consultant in Deloitte in 1998 and went on to set up Moore Advent Tax Consultant Sdn Bhd in 2005. A fellow member of the ACCA, Chong Chee is a chartered tax practitioner and accountant, a certified public accountant, an associate member of The Institute of Internal Auditors Malaysia, and an income tax agent licensed by the Ministry of Finance. Aside from Aemulus, Chong Chee is also an independent director of several private listed companies.

Friiscor Ho Chii Ssu
From an Integrated Circuit Designer to a Director of Engineering, Friiscor has close to 25 years of experience in broad, high technology industries. Graduated with an MBA from Malaysian Institute of Management and the University of Bath, UK, Friiscor has held leadership roles in global manage and support services such as Network Operations Centre (NOC) and Security Operations Centre (SOC).

Tursina Binti Yaacob
Puan Tursina worked as Investment Analyst, Maybank Securities Sdn Bhd from 1997 to 2005. She joined OSK Research Sdn Bhd in 2006 as Investment Analyst. In 2007, she was appointed as Director of KFH Research Ltd. Puan Tursina became the Head of Research Department, Kumpulan Wang Persaraan (Diperbadankan) in 2012.
In 2020, she was appointed as Head of Human Resources Department, Kumpulan Wang Persaraan (Diperbadankan) and became the Head of Project Management Office – Target Operating Model, Kumpulan Wang Persaraan (Diperbadankan) in the same year. Puan Tursina is a Member of Investment Committee, Ficus SEA Sdn Bhd.

Ju Siew Lee
Ju Siew Lee (“Ms Ju”), Malaysia, female, aged 54, was appointed as Independent Non-Executive Director of the Board on 19 February 2024.
Ms. Ju is a qualified Management Accountant of The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, United Kingdom and a Chartered Accountant of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants.
Ms. Ju is currently the Chief Financial Officer of Ivory Properties Group Berhad (“Ivory”). She is also an independent non-executive director of Nationgate Holdings Berhad. She has extensive working experiences in accounting, finance, tax, and corporate finance through her attachment to accounting and auditing firm in Singapore and as the Group Financial Controller of a public listed company, prior to joining Ivory.
Ms. Ju is the Chairman of the Audit Committee and the Remuneration Committee. and a member of the Risk Committee and the Nomination Committee.
Ms. Ju does not have any conflict of interest with the Company and she has no family relationship with any Director and/or major shareholder of the Company.
