“The Earth is suffering, so does the living things. Aemulus’ Green Architecture Symposium (GAS) is a part of the ESG initiatives spearheaded by Aemulus in conjunction with Penang State’s 50th Anniversary of Industrialisation celebration.
The effort to save the Earth is what you and I could AND should be a part of. Our chief objective revolves around promoting green architecture within the like-minded for carbon footprint reduction.
Proven with the architecture of Aemulus Base (AB) – despite a 5-fold increase in floorspace and a 2-fold increase of headcount as compared to two years ago in our previous premises, AB chalked an electrical bill similar as before. We, therefore, believe that we can share this success story with everyone through GAS.
We invite the prominent figures and organisations to advocate for a greener Mother Earth.”
GAS was intended to be a platform for Architects, SMEs, Green Material Suppliers and Architectural Undergraduates to strengthen an unseen interlink with one another.
A special shoutout to Dato Seri’ Lee Kah Choon (InvestPenang), Serina Hijjas (Malaysia Green Building Council), John Bulcock (Design Unit Architects), Dr Tan Loke Mun (Archicentre), Dr. Kody Kato (ODE), Gregers Reimann (IEN Consultants), Bruce Xia Sheng LEE (Taylor’s University), SK Chong (Swift Bridge Technologies), Jack Tan & Sabrina Lim (Solarvest), Zen Tan & Heidy Low (Seng Liy Engineering), Faizal Akmal (Rivil), Derrick Gan (CADFEM) and Jarrel kok (Eurodeck).
Lastly, GAS was made possible by everyone who took part in it and it was a very fruitful event overall.
