The sea of pink and red hues covered The Walhalla Hall in celebration of the Chinese New Year
festivity. Coupled with the thunderous chant of auspicious phrases from different tables during the Lou
Sang session, it was a sight to behold.
It’s not the high-pitched volume of the chant that matters; the height of the toss was in fact a symbolical gesture. The higher you toss, the greater you will prosper, and that’s how the saying goes…
The carousel of games was the star of the day as long lines were formed with many giving a go in the game of chance to snag those prizes! The reward that comes with it may be secondary but it is the moment and the tightening of bonds that would solidify a closer connection between our staff.
